  - It’s a library of books used by the learners as a reference book.
  - It reveals God to learners.

1. Describe the covenant between God and Abraham found in Gen 15:1-19 (7*1=7 mks)
  - In the covenant, God asked Abraham to bring the following: A 3 year old heifer, a she goat, a ram, a turtle dove and a young pigeon.
  - The animals were to be without blemish
  - He was instructed to cut the animals into halves
  - He was instructed to arrange the animals opposite each other in two row
  - He was not to cut the birds
  - Abraham felt into a deep sleep then God appeared to him in vision.
  - He was given promises.
  - A smoking fire pot and a flaming torch appeared suddenly and passed through the pieces of meat.

  - He married Jezebel which was contrary to the covenant laws
  - He allowed Jezebel to bring a great number of baal gods/Asherah prophets to his kingdom.
  - He killed a great number of Yahweh’s prophets/persecuted
  - He made the Israelites turn away from Yahweh and the covenant way of life/by introducing idolatry.
