The figure below shows a triangle PQR in which PQ=8cm and angle QPR=1000 and angle PQR=350.Calculate to 2 decimal places the length of QR and hence the area of triangle PQR to2 decimal places.

Sin 100     sin 35º
QR=8 sin 100º= 13.74cm  
                          Sin 35^o
Area = ½x13.74 x 8 sin 45º 
=38.86cm²
